Working Principle:
The system operates with two coordinated units: the constant-pressure feeding system and the magnetic pump dosing system, completing material conveying and filling in a fully enclosed process.
1. Constant-Pressure Feeding
Material is loaded into the top sealed hopper, which is then locked tight with quick-opening clamps. Clean compressed air is fed in and maintained at a constant micro-positive pressure via a precision pressure regulating valve. A pressure gauge on top monitors real-time pressure, and a built-in safety relief valve provides overpressure protection.
The positive pressure creates a stable inlet condition for the magnetic pump below, eliminating flow fluctuations caused by liquid level drop and air suction. The fully enclosed structure also isolates the material from ambient air, preventing oxidation, volatilization and external contamination.
2. Precision Filling
After the filling volume is set on the touchscreen, the PLC automatically matches the corresponding pump speed and running duration. When triggered, the magnetic pump starts under stable inlet pressure and dispenses material at a consistent flow rate through the filling nozzle into the container. Once the set volume is reached, the pump stops immediately, and a pneumatic shut-off valve cuts off the flow rapidly to prevent dripping and stringing.
Thanks to magnetic coupling drive and static-seal pump chamber, there is no mechanical shaft seal, eliminating leakage risks from the root.
3. Cycle Operation
Operators replace containers after each fill and trigger the next cycle via foot pedal or panel button. The hopper maintains constant pressure throughout the process to ensure consistent flow for continuous filling.
