The double-head heating servo filling machine is mainly used for automated filling of liquid or semi-fluid materials, and is suitable for food, daily chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries. The equipment adopts a stainless steel body and a transparent protective cover design, is equipped with dual filling heads, servo drive system, heating function and PLC control panel to achieve a high-precision, high-efficiency and temperature-controlled filling process.

Equipment Overview：
This is a double‑head constant‑temperature heating rotor pump filling machine. The whole machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel. The hopper is equipped with heating jacket for constant temperature insulation. It is designed for high‑viscosity pastes and materials easy to solidify when cooled. With rotor pump metering unit, PLC‑touch‑screen control and linear conveyor, it realizes automatic container positioning and quantitative filling. It can be matched with capping and labeling machines for full‑auto production line, widely used in daily‑chemical, cosmetic, ointment and food‑sauce industries.
Working Principle:
Adopting double-head servo rotor pump volumetric filling and full-process constant temperature heating system, the machine keeps high-viscosity materials fluid and non-solidified. The servo system precisely controls pump rotation for accurate dosing. With automatic conveying, bottle positioning, liquid-level following filling and anti-drip back suction, it realizes continuous, stable and high-precision automatic filling, controlled by PLC touch screen for unmanned cyclic production.

Anti-drip filling nozzle with suction-back mechanism
Submerged filling; suction-back at the end of filling eliminates dripping and stringing, keeping the bottle mouth and conveyor surface clean
Servo-driven piston volumetric metering
The piston stroke is controlled by a servo-driven closed-loop system, ensuring high filling accuracy; minor fluctuations in the hopper liquid level do not affect the metering.
Bottle Stop Positioning
The bottle stop mechanism releases finished bottles; it ensures that filling does not take place if no bottle is present, thereby preventing waste of materials caused by empty spraying.
Jacketed thermostatic hopper
The jacketed hopper is temperature-controlled via a hot water or thermal oil circulation system to prevent the material from solidifying.
Mixing system
An internal agitator in the hopper ensures the material remains uniform, preventing stratification and solidification.
