This is a semi‑automatic magnetic‑pump heating‑stirring filling machine, specially designed for high‑viscosity pastes, sauces, emulsions and other materials. It integrates heating, stirring and quantitative filling functions, and is applicable to food, daily‑chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries. The main body of the equipment is made of stainless steel. A motor‑driven stirring device is fitted at the top, a hopper with a heating jacket is located in the middle section, and a magnetic‑pump filling unit is installed at the bottom. The control panel on the right integrates a digital temperature controller and start‑stop buttons. A water‑circulation heating interface is arranged on the left side, and universal wheels are mounted at the bottom for easy movement.

Equipment Overview：
This is a high-end semi-automatic magnetic drive pump heating, mixing and filling machine. It is specifically designed for high-viscosity materials containing particles or prone to stringing (such as shampoo, shower gel, jam, chilli sauce, ointments, etc.). Unlike traditional piston-driven machines, it utilises a magnetically driven gear pump or rotary lobe pump for material transfer. Combined with the top-mounted anchor-type agitator and jacket heating functions, this system resolves the issues of poor flowability and difficulty in controlling filling accuracy associated with high-viscosity materials. A key feature is its modern PLC touchscreen control system, which enables more intelligent operation.
Working Principle:
The equipment completes filling through a three‑fold collaborative mechanism:
Agitation System: The top‑mounted motor drives the agitator blade to rotate continuously inside the hopper, preventing sedimentation or caking of high‑viscosity materials and ensuring material uniformity.
Heating System: A water‑circulation jacket is fitted on the outer layer of the hopper. An external temperature controller precisely regulates the temperature (typically 30‑80℃) to maintain proper fluidity of materials and avoid blockages caused by cold conditions.
Filling System: A magnetic pump is used for metering. The filling volume is precisely controlled by adjusting the pump’s rotational speed and operating time. During material suction, negative pressure is generated inside the pump to draw in materials. During filling, the pump pushes materials through the discharge valve into containers. The filling volume is adjusted by modifying the pump speed and operating time, while the operating speed is controlled by a frequency converter.
