This is a vertical twin-head pneumatic piston filling machine manufactured by P&M Promixer. It is a semi-automatic volumetric filling machine featuring a vertical frame made from 304 stainless steel, with an integrated hopper at the top, enabling it to operate independently without the need for an external feed pump. The equipment is powered by compressed air and utilises the reciprocating motion of the piston to achieve precise, metered filling. Parts in contact with the product can be upgraded to 316L stainless steel with PTFE seals, making it suitable for corrosive materials such as weak acids and weak alkalis.

Equipment Overview：
Vertical twin-head pneumatic piston-type filling machine, with a 304 stainless steel body and an integrated top-mounted hopper. It is purely pneumatically driven, with volumetric dosing based on piston capacity, and can be upgraded to corrosion-resistant materials. Suitable for liquids, emulsions and thin pastes, it is commonly used for small- to medium-batch bottle filling in the personal care, pharmaceutical and disinfection industries.
Working Principle:
The cylinder drives the piston in a reciprocating motion: as the piston retracts, it draws a measured quantity of material from the hopper; as it advances, it presses the material into the container to complete the filling process. The fill volume is controlled by the piston stroke; the twin heads can operate independently or in synchronisation, with the cycle triggered by a foot pedal or push-button.
