This equipment is a weighing and metering + full-flow corrosion-resistant drum filling system launched by Promixer. The entire unit features a 304 stainless steel frame with a high-precision corrosion-resistant weighing platform integrated into the base. It is equipped with a single-head pneumatic corrosion-resistant filling valve, an intelligent CNC system and corrosion-resistant conveying pipework, and is fitted with swivel castors with brakes at the base for flexible movement.

Equipment Overview：
Vertical twin-head pneumatic corrosion-resistant filling machine, specifically designed for filling highly corrosive liquids into small and medium-capacity bottles. The entire machine features a vertical frame made of 304 stainless steel, whilst all piping, filling valve cores, filling nozzles and seals that come into contact with the product are constructed from acid- and alkali-resistant, oxidation-resistant materials such as PVDF, PP and PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene). Powered by compressed air and equipped with a pneumatic control system and a drip-proof liquid-receiving structure, the equipment ensures that no electrical components come into contact with the product, thereby offering both corrosion-resistant and explosion-proof properties.
Working Principle:
The material is conveyed via corrosion-resistant pipework to the dual filling valve. Once bottles have been manually placed in position, the equipment is activated by a foot pedal or push button, causing the pneumatic valve spool to open; metered filling is achieved by controlling the duration for which the valve remains open. Once the set volume is reached, the valve spool closes rapidly to stop the flow, with any residual drips collected in the catch tray below. After the bottles have been manually replaced, the next filling cycle begins.
