This equipment is a weighing and metering + full-flow corrosion-resistant drum filling system launched by Promixer. The entire unit features a 304 stainless steel frame with a high-precision corrosion-resistant weighing platform integrated into the base. It is equipped with a single-head pneumatic corrosion-resistant filling valve, an intelligent CNC system and corrosion-resistant conveying pipework, and is fitted with swivel castors with brakes at the base for flexible movement.

Equipment Overview：
The equipment uses weight as its sole measurement criterion. All components in contact with the material—including the pump body, valves, pipework and seals—are manufactured from acid- and alkali-resistant, oxidation-resistant materials such as PVDF and PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), thereby addressing at source the industry pain points associated with the lack of corrosion resistance in standard weigh-filling machines and the insufficient accuracy of standard volumetric corrosion-resistant filling machines when handling large drums.
It is widely compatible with 5–30-litre plastic drums, chemical containers and chemical agent drums, and is suitable for industries such as disinfection and epidemic prevention, water treatment, agrochemicals and fine chemicals.

1. Full-flow-path corrosion-resistant design
All components in contact with the material—including the transfer pump, valves, pipework, filling nozzles and seals—are manufactured from PVDF, PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) and fluororubber, enabling them to withstand highly corrosive and oxidising media such as 84 disinfectant, hypochlorous acid, hydrogen peroxide, dilute acids and alkalis, and emulsifiable pesticide concentrates; The drive and electrical components are completely isolated from the product, preventing corrosion from penetrating and causing equipment damage.
2. Weight-based metering: stable accuracy and resistance to interference
Weight serves as the sole metering reference, unaffected by fluctuations in product density, temperature, viscosity or corrosiveness; there is no need to recalibrate the volumetric coefficient when changing product types, and the consistency of batch filling weights far exceeds that of volumetric corrosion-resistant filling machines.
3. Dual-speed filling (fast and slow) balancing efficiency and accuracy
High-flow rapid filling reduces processing time per drum, whilst low-flow precision top-up at the end ensures measurement accuracy. This also prevents liquid splashing and overflow during large-drum filling, thereby improving the yield rate of finished products.
4. Integrated weighing platform
The weighing platform is integrated into the machine body, eliminating the need for an external electronic scale; the machine is ready for production as soon as it is set up; The reinforced, corrosion-resistant weighing platform withstands liquid splashes and corrosion; its robust structure ensures that measurement accuracy remains stable over the long term.
5. Intelligent CNC control with a low learning curve
The digital control panel allows direct setting of parameters such as filling weight, high- and low-speed switching points, and filling delay. It supports the storage of multiple formula sets, which can be recalled at the touch of a button when changing specifications; manual drum placement combined with foot pedal or button activation means the machine can be operated without specialist training.
6. Mobile and Flexible Deployment
Equipped with swivel castors with brakes at the base, the unit can be moved flexibly within the workshop, making it suitable for shared use across multiple workstations and temporary filling tasks. No fixed installation is required, ensuring excellent adaptability to different workspaces.
7. Pneumatic Filling Valve + Suction-Back System to Prevent Dripping
The filling valve is pneumatically controlled for rapid response and reliable sealing; the integrated suction-back mechanism cuts off the flow and draws back the liquid the moment filling ends, eliminating dripping of corrosive liquids and reducing the risk of operator exposure.
8. Stainless Steel Body: Easy to Clean and Corrosion-Resistant
The entire machine frame is constructed from 304 stainless steel, providing resistance to corrosive liquid splashes. The smooth surface is easy to wipe clean, making it well-suited to industrial production environments.
