Equipment Overview：
Benchtop twin-head semi-automatic magnetic gear pump filling machine, featuring a fully stainless steel body, equipped with twin-head magnetic gear pumps, a digital display control system and a foot switch; this is a semi-automatic volumetric filling machine. Suitable for various aqueous solutions and low-viscosity liquids, including perfumes, essential oils, oral solutions, disinfectants, toners and cleaning agents; widely used in the personal care, perfume, pharmaceutical, food and fine chemicals industries. Ideal for prototyping, small-batch production and production involving multiple bottle specifications, it supports the filling of containers such as glass and plastic bottles. Requiring no complex production lines, it is designed for tabletop use and has a small footprint.
Working Principle：
The equipment utilises a magnetic gear pump as its metering core, featuring shaftless magnetic drive. The controller sets the filling volume and pump speed; once the filling volume in millilitres and rotational speed parameters have been configured, the control system outputs a signal to drive the magnetic gear pump. As the pump rotates, the product is conveyed through a hose to the filling nozzle, completing the metered dispensing;
Activation method: The system is started via a foot switch or panel buttons; the pump stops automatically once the set volume is reached, completing a single filling cycle. The two pumps are controlled independently, allowing for single-head operation or synchronised dual-head filling. The product flows through the pump body, hose and filling nozzle into the container. The magnetically isolated design, with no mechanical shaft seals in the pump body, completely prevents product leakage.
