The fully automatic single-head servo piston filling machine is a linear, volumetric automatic filling system. The entire machine is constructed from 316 stainless steel and is equipped with a stirring and heat-retaining hopper, a servo piston metering mechanism, a chain conveyor line, and a PLC touchscreen control system. It utilises a servo-driven piston cylinder to achieve volumetric, metered filling and can automatically complete the entire process, from bottle feeding and positioning to metered filling. Suitable for the cosmetics, personal care, food and pharmaceutical industries, it can fill high-viscosity materials such as aqueous solutions, serums, lotions, creams, ointments and gels. It is ideal for high-volume continuous production on assembly lines and can be integrated with capping machines and labelling machines to form a complete automated production line.

Equipment Overview：
The fully automatic single-head servo piston filling machine is a linear, volumetric automatic filling system. The entire machine is constructed from 316 stainless steel and is equipped with a stirring and heat-retaining hopper, a servo piston metering mechanism, a chain conveyor line, and a PLC touchscreen control system. It utilises a servo-driven piston cylinder to achieve volumetric, metered filling and can automatically complete the entire process, from bottle feeding and positioning to metered filling. Suitable for the cosmetics, personal care, food and pharmaceutical industries, it can fill high-viscosity materials such as aqueous solutions, serums, lotions, creams, ointments and gels. Working Principle:
1.Material Storage: Materials are stored in the upper hopper. Optional mixing or thermal‑jacket function prevents high‑viscosity material from precipitation and solidification. Material flows into piston metering cylinder by gravity.
2.Servo Material Suction: The servo motor drives the piston backward to generate negative pressure inside the metering cylinder and draw material into the cylinder. Servo precisely controls piston stroke to define filling volume per cycle.
3.Bottle Conveying & Positioning: Empty bottles are transported by chain conveyor. Photo‑electric sensor detects incoming bottles, and bottle‑stopping mechanism locks bottles exactly under filling nozzle.
4.Filling Operation: Filling nozzle descends into bottle. Servo motor pushes piston forward to deliver material into container. Two‑speed filling is available: high‑speed delivery at first, then switch to low‑speed near target volume to reduce foaming, splashing and improve accuracy.
5.Cycle Operation: After filling, nozzle lifts and bottle‑stopper releases finished bottles. Next empty bottle enters filling station for repeated cycle. No‑bottle‑no‑filling function avoids material waste from empty dispensing.

1.Volumetric Metering by Servo Piston
Servo motor precisely controls piston displacement. Less affected by minor hopper liquid‑level fluctuation with high repeat filling accuracy. Set filling volume directly on HMI without manual mechanical‑stroke adjustment.
2.Optional Hopper with Mixing & Thermal Jacket
Hopper supports agitator and heating jacket. Suitable for cream, petrolatum and other easy‑solidifying materials to avoid stratification and cold caking, keep uniform material status.
3.Automatic Chain Conveyor System
Chain conveyor runs stably with low‑slip performance, compatible for various bottle types. Equipped with photo‑electric detection and bottle‑stopping positioning, capable to connect upstream and downstream equipment.
4.Intelligent PLC & Touch‑Screen Control
Set filling volume, filling speed and delay parameters on touch‑screen. Multiple product recipes can be stored for one‑click changeover, simple commissioning.
5.Two‑Speed Filling & Suck‑Back Anti‑Drip
Nozzle dives into bottle for filling. Two‑speed mode is adopted. Suck‑back action after filling eliminates dripping and stringing, keep bottle mouth and conveyor clean.
6.Sanitary Quick‑Disassembly Flow Path
All wetted parts adopt 316L stainless steel. Piston cylinder, hopper and pipelines can be quickly disassembled for cleaning & sterilization, complying with GMP requirements.
7.Flexible Bottle Compatibility
Adjustable guide rails for bottles of different sizes (plastic & glass). Equipped with casters and leveling feet for convenient movement and leveling.
8.Safety Protection Mechanism
No‑bottle‑no‑filling, emergency stop button and fault alarm function prevent empty spraying and ensure safe operation.
The servo motor precisely controls piston displacement, ensuring high filling repeatability that is unaffected by minor fluctuations in the hopper liquid level; the filling volume is set directly via the touchscreen, eliminating the need for manual adjustment of the mechanical stroke.
