This is a semi-automatic liquid filling machine that utilises constant-pressure feeding via a sealed pressure hopper combined with precise metering by a magnetically driven pump. The entire machine features a vertical structure made of 304 stainless steel, with a fully enclosed flow path design throughout. The equipment establishes a stable positive-pressure feeding environment via the top-mounted sealed pressure hopper, completely resolving the common issues of feeding fluctuations and air entrapment associated with standard self-priming magnetic drive pumps; Paired with a shaft-seal-free magnetic drive pump, it achieves zero-leakage transfer and precise metering, whilst the PLC touchscreen control system enables digital parameter adjustment.

Equipment Overview：
This automatic rotary lobe pump filling machine is a linear volumetric automatic filling equipment. The whole frame is made of 316 stainless steel. It consists of material hopper, sanitary rotary lobe pump metering unit, conveyor line and PLC touch‑screen control system.
Driven by servo rotary lobe pump for volumetric metering and conveying, it is suitable for medium‑to‑high‑viscosity materials. It can automatically complete bottle feeding, positioning and quantitative filling. It can connect with capping machine and labeling machine to build a complete automatic production line. Widely used in cosmetics, daily‑care, food and pharmaceutical industries for mass continuous production of syrup, lotion, cream, paste, gel and materials with fine particles.
Working Principle:
1.Material Feeding: Material is stored in the upper stainless‑steel hopper and flows into the rotary lobe pump chamber by gravity. For high‑viscosity material, optional hopper agitator assists feeding; external feeding tank is available for continuous material supply.
2.Rotary Lobe Pump Volumetric Metering: Servo motor drives the rotors inside lobe pump. Each full rotation delivers fixed volume of material. PLC sets rotation angle / turns to precisely control output volume and realize quantitative filling.
3.Bottle In‑Feed & Positioning: Conveyor belt transports empty bottles. Photo‑electric sensor detects incoming bottles, and bottle‑stopping mechanism locks bottles right below filling nozzle.
4.Filling Process: Filling nozzle descends into bottle. Rotary lobe pump starts to discharge material. Two‑speed filling is supported: high‑speed filling at first, then switch to low‑speed when approaching target volume to avoid foaming and splashing. Once preset volume is reached, the pump stops immediately. With non‑return structure and suck‑back function to prevent dripping and stringing.
5.Cycle Operation: After filling, nozzle lifts up, bottle‑stopper releases filled bottles to downstream. Next empty bottle moves into filling station for next cycle. No‑bottle‑no‑filling function avoids material waste caused by empty discharging.

6.Sanitary Quick‑Disassembly Structure
All wetted parts adopt 316L stainless steel. Rotary lobe pump can be quickly disassembled for cleaning & sterilization, meets GMP requirements for cosmetics and food.
7.Flexible Bottle Adaptation
Adjustable guide rail for different‑diameter plastic & glass bottles. Equipped with casters and leveling feet for easy moving and leveling.
8.Safety Protection
No‑bottle‑no‑filling logic, emergency stop button, fault alarm function to prevent waste from empty dispensing.
The filling volume is controlled by adjusting the rotation angle of the rotor, ensuring stable filling accuracy that is unaffected by minor fluctuations in liquid level; suitable for materials containing fine particles.
