Mixing+Homogenization + Dispersion system

1. Three-axis synergy, balancing macro and micro processes
The central frame-type agitator handles “overall flow and anti-wall-hanging,” while the dual dispersion shafts handle “local high shear and powder dispersion,” forming a complete processing workflow of “macro circulation and micro refinement.” This addresses the challenge that single-agitator or single-dispersion-shaft systems cannot simultaneously ensure both mixing uniformity and powder dispersion efficiency.
2. “High Torque + High Shear” Combination Suitable for High-Viscosity Materials
The high torque of the frame-type paddle drives the overall flow of high-viscosity pastes, while the high-speed shear of the dual dispersion discs overcomes the viscous resistance of the paste to effectively deagglomerate powders, making it ideal for materials such as toothpaste, ointments, and high-viscosity coatings.

Powder pot

The powder tank consists of two rapidly rotating asymmetrical spiral blades, which lift the material upward, forming two asymmetrical spiral material streams flowing upward along the cylinder wall. The rotational motion of the rotating arms causes the material on the outer side of the spiral blades to enter the envelope region of the blades to varying degrees. Some material is lifted in a staggered manner, while other material is thrown out of the spiral path, thereby achieving continuous renewal and diffusion of the material across the entire circumference. The two streams of material lifted to the top converge toward the central groove, forming an overall downward flow that fills the void at the bottom, thus generating a convective circulation.

Vacuum system

1. Rapidly creates a high-vacuum environment and maintains a stable vacuum throughout the entire emulsification and homogenization process to prevent air from entering the material system.
2. Thoroughly removes air bubbles from the material to prevent defects such as porosity and roughness in the cream, ensuring a smooth and lustrous texture.
3. Isolates the material from air, protecting heat-sensitive and active ingredients from oxidation and extending the product’s shelf life.
4. Enhances emulsion stability, reduces separation and oil separation, and ensures batch consistency.
5. Utilizes vacuum-assisted feeding to achieve dust-free loading, reducing waste and improving production efficiency.
6. Fully enclosed operation complies with GMP and FDA standards, ensuring sterile production and eliminating secondary contamination.

Oil-water preheating tank

1. Material Preheating
Precise preheating is performed on the oil-phase and water-phase materials required for toothpaste production, rapidly raising the material temperature to the set standard and laying the foundation for subsequent mixing, homogenization, and emulsification.
2. Oil-Water Separation
Through a zoned design, the oil-phase and water-phase materials are preheated separately with independent temperature control, preventing contamination caused by premature mixing of the two materials and ensuring the purity and stability of the toothpaste formulation.
3. Constant Temperature Maintenance
After preheating is complete, the system maintains a constant temperature to prevent the materials from cooling, solidifying, or undergoing property changes. This ensures the materials remain in a stable state during subsequent feeding, guaranteeing a continuous and smooth paste-making process.
4. Compatibility with Auxiliary Processes
The system interfaces with the vacuum paste-making main unit and the mixing and homogenization system to provide properly pretreated materials for subsequent dispersion, emulsification, and paste formation, thereby improving paste-making efficiency and paste quality.
5. Adaptability to Multiple Formulations
Preheating temperature and duration can be flexibly adjusted to meet the requirements of different formulations, accommodating the pretreatment needs of various oil-phase and water-phase materials and ensuring batch-to-batch consistency.

The hydraulic drive enables precise lifting and lowering of the emulsification kettle to accommodate different operating heights; the tilting design ensures complete discharge of materials with no residue.
