Integrated wall scraper minimizes material residue and reduces costs; it also optimizes heat transfer, accelerating heating/cooling and preventing material deterioration.
3. GMP-Compliant & Easy to Clean
Made of SUS316L mirror-polished stainless steel (Ra≤0.4μm), it supports CIP cleaning, complies with GMP/FDA/cGMP, and meets sterile production requirements.
4. Energy-Saving & Stable Operation
Fluid mechanics-optimized, it saves 20%-30% energy, operates stably with low noise and long service life, suitable for 24-hour continuous production.

Homogenizer

1. The bottom-mounted design ensures thorough material circulation with no dead zones or sedimentation, maintaining efficient emulsification even at low liquid levels.
2. Works in conjunction with axial agitation to create strong convection throughout the entire chamber, preventing slippage and separation in high-viscosity, high-solids-content materials.
3. Precision stator and rotor ensure high shear uniformity, achieving micron-level refinement with consistent particle size and exceptional stability.
4. Features a SUS316L sanitary-grade structural design with no dead zones and easy cleaning, meeting GMP/FDA sterile production requirements.
5. Seamlessly integrates with vacuum, agitation, and PLC systems for high automation, supporting recipe storage and one-touch recall.

Vacuum system

1. Rapidly creates a high-vacuum environment and maintains a stable vacuum throughout the entire emulsification and homogenization process to prevent air from entering the material system.
2. Thoroughly removes air bubbles from the material to prevent defects such as porosity and roughness in the cream, ensuring a smooth and lustrous texture.
3. Isolates the material from air, protecting heat-sensitive and active ingredients from oxidation and extending the product’s shelf life.
4. Enhances emulsion stability, reduces separation and oil separation, and ensures batch consistency.
5. Utilizes vacuum-assisted feeding to achieve dust-free loading, reducing waste and improving production efficiency.

Jacketed system circulates heating/cooling media for precise thermal control, uniform heat transfer, and protection of thermolabile

Hydraulic system

The hydraulic drive enables precise lifting and lowering of the emulsification kettle to accommodate different operating heights; the tilting design ensures complete discharge of materials with no residue.
