Mixing+Homogenization + Dispersion system
Featuring an integrated design that combines “high-shear homogenization and dispersion” with “low-speed scraping agitation,” the two systems work together seamlessly to deliver excellent overall sealing performance. The rotational speeds and operating times for both modes can be flexibly adjusted according to the characteristics of the toothpaste formulation and the requirements of the manufacturing process, achieving the dual effects of “precise homogenization and dispersion” and “full-tank circulation agitation.” This ensures thorough homogenization and uniform particle size while minimizing material waste. The mixing blades closely follow the inner walls of the tank, the mixing shaft, and the corners of the equipment, operating at a low, steady speed (with adjustable speed settings) to prevent the excessive formation of bubbles caused by high-speed mixing, thereby meeting the requirements of vacuum degassing and homogenization processes.
